Writing in my journal has been one of the best habits I’ve incorporated into my life for many reasons. Among them, it gives me the opportunity to become aware of my habits, actions and to be honest with myself about them.
Along with meditation, I’ve been able to clarify my goals, ground myself and make improvements in many areas of my life.
