Not many of us have the time or money to spend a day at the spa. However, you can enjoy an amazing spa experience from your very own home! Taking an hour for yourself to relax, read, think and pamper your body. It checks off many self care boxes. This is valuable time you need to regroup, refocus and unplug so you can be the best version of yourself!

1. Traditional Detox: Soak, Rinse & Moisturize

Baking soda can help sooth certain skin conditions, such as eczema, and combined with the Epsom Salts offer a luxurious way to detox. The soothing aroma of essential oils will elevate your experience.

1 – 8 oz Box Baking Soda

1/2 Cup Epsom Salts

6-8 Drops Favorite Essential Oil

2. Citrus Dream Fruit Bath: Soak & Rinse

Take advantage of the antioxidants and vitamin C in these colorful citrus fruits! While you soak, the natural acids will gently exfoliate, reduce pores and revive your skin. The olive oil leaves your skin feeling smooth and hydrated.

2 Lemons Cut into Slices

1 Orange Cut into Slices

1 Grapefruit Cut into Slices

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil



3. Cream + Honey: Soak & Rinse

Milk is rich in fats and proteins which hydrate your skin. Lactic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), exfoliates your body helping to remove dead skin cells. Honey promotes skin hydration and has natural antibacterial properties.

2 Tablespoons Honey (dissolved in hot water)

1-2 Cups Whole Milk

Optional Flowers 🙂

4. Tropical Coconut: Soak & Rinse

The fats in coconut oil are hydrating (and smell amazing!) and have antibacterial properties. Epsom Salts will help sooth your muscles and certain inflammatory issues of the body.

2-3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil

1 Cup Epsom Salts

6-8 Drops Essential Oil (We  love Lemon, Mandarin or Coconut)



5. Molasses Cookie: Soak, Rinse & Stay Hydrated

Molasses is a source of antioxidants and lactic acid which penetrates the top layers of skin to help slough off dead skin cells. Cinnamon has antibacterial properties helping to maintain skin health while ginger powder detoxes.

6-8 Drops Cinnamon Essential Oil

2 Tablespoons Blackstrap Molasses

1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Power
