What if I’ve never meditated before?
Our guided meditations are for everyone, no matter your skill level. All you have to do is show up then follow along; the voice and music will guide you through each meditation
We recommend incorporating meditation into your daily routine. But, the most important thing is just to start, even if it’s just once per week. Then, you can increase from there.
Do I need to do anything special when I meditate?
All you have to do is sit, or lie down, in a comfortable position, relax and listen. No need for special positions or postures. If you’d like, you can light a scented candle for ambiance or meditate with healing crystals. You can read more about healing crystals here.
Will the price of my membership ever go up?

How can I cancel my membership?
We know you’ll love Livin’ Mindful’s Guided Meditations, but if you need to cancel for any reason, no hard feelings. You can cancel at any time by logging on to your account and going to your account page here. Then, from “subscriptions” you’ll see the option to cancel your current membership.
